The following Rules & Regulations of JAI SURYAS PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED (JSP) are designed to protect the rights and dignity of distributors while ensuring disciplined and ethical business operations. Every distributor is expected to understand and strictly comply with these policies. Any violation may result in disciplinary action including suspension or termination.

JSP reserves the right to modify, amend or update these policies at any time. Distributors are responsible for staying informed through official company communications.

Eligibility to Become a Distributor

  • Individuals aged 18 years and above are eligible to apply.
  • Approval of distributorship is subject to company discretion.
  • The relationship is strictly on a principal-to-principal basis.
  • Application must be supported by an existing distributor.
  • Husband and wife shall be treated as a single distributorship unit.

Legal Entities

  • Registration in the name of legal entities requires valid documentation.
  • Bonuses and commissions will be issued in the registered entity name.
  • Any structural or ownership change must be formally informed.
  • Authorized signatory details must be clearly submitted.

Bonus & Commission Policy

  • Commissions are calculated monthly based on business performance.
  • Disputes must be reported within 14 days of payout.
  • Accurate bank details are mandatory for payments.
  • Qualification norms may apply for commission eligibility.

Code of Conduct

  • No false or misleading income representations.
  • Product benefits must align with official company materials.
  • Earnings depend on individual effort and performance.
  • Violation may result in disciplinary or legal action.

Cross Sponsoring & Multiple IDs

  • Strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
  • Using relatives or third-party IDs for manipulation is not allowed.
  • Violation may result in termination and forfeiture of benefits.

Inactive Distributor Policy

  • Lack of business activity for a prolonged period may result in inactive status.
  • Reactivation is subject to company guidelines.

Resignation & Succession

  • Resignation must be submitted in writing and acknowledged.
  • Nominee rights apply subject to legal verification.
  • Claims must be raised within prescribed timelines.

Marriage & Separation Policy

  • Spouses are considered one distributorship unit.
  • Marriage must be informed within 30 days.
  • Business division must follow legal documentation.

Waiver Clause

  • Company’s inaction does not constitute waiver of rights.
  • Only written approval from authorized officials is valid.
